MANILA, Philippines - Residents in Mindanao were urged to provide information that could lead to the arrest of Zulkifli Abdhir, head of the Kumpulun Mujahidin Malaysia (KMM), and a member of Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), the Southeast Asian conduit of Al Qaida, Lieutenant-Colonel Randolph Cabangbang, Western Mindanao Command (Wesmincom) spokesman, told the Bulletin.Abdhir is believed to be a potential successor to Osama Bin Laden who was killed by US Special Forces in Pakistan on Monday and Philippine security forces is offering $5 million bounty on Abdhir head, sources said.
