MYSTERY OWNERS OF UNCLAIMED JETS AT KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, TURNED UP

KLIA, Malaysia - The owners of the three Boeing 747-200F planes parked at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) have turned up.
SWIFT Air Cargo (SWIFT), an air cargo company based in Kuala Lumpur, have identified themselves as the owners of the three jets that are parked at KLIA, reported The Star Online.
In a statement on their website, SWIFT said that they have been the rightful owners of the planes since June 8, 2015, and that they have the necessary documents to prove their ownership.
They claim that they have always been in contact with Malaysia's Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) to inform them about their ownership of the planes.
MAHB is the main airport operator in Malaysia and operates KLIA.
The Star had earlier reported that MAHB had taken an advertisement in their newspaper on Tuesday (Dec 8), announcing that they were looking for the jets' owners.
In the notice, they said that the owners had 14 days from the date of the notice to collect the planes  or they  reserve the right
to sell or dispose of the aircraft.
